Running a Saved Search

To run a saved search, do the following:

  1. Click Saved Searches in the navigation pane.
  2. Click the search you want to run on the Saved Searches pane.
    • If you are performing a Quick Search, the results display on the Search Results pane immediately.
    • If you are performing an advanced search, you also must click Search on the Advanced Search window.
  3. Review the results on the Search Results tab in Document Central. If there are many results, you can use the Closedcontrols at the bottom of the Search Results tab to page through the results.
  4. If needed, you can further refine your search on this tab.
